  • Business Development Coordinator

    Rubenstein is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm’s business development function.

    The Business Development Coordinator will provide strategic support for the business development team. This person will assist with research, writing, editing, proofreading, presentations, compiling reports, project management requests, and will also handle administrative tasks (i.e., answering phones, scheduling).

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage archives of all supporting documents for business development efforts
    • Conduct background research on a variety of sectors and organizations via traditional methods, media coverage, and digital platforms

  • Digital Designer

    Rubenstein is seeking an innovative, creative, and solutions-oriented Digital Designer to be a key player in our multi-disciplinary Digital team, designing high-fidelity compositions for complex digital solutions to meet the increasing demands of our clients. This person will be expected to work with agency staff, clients, and vendor partners to design and develop responsive digital assets, with placements ranging from display ads, to socially shareable graphics, to fully-realized web sites.

    Expertise of basic web development is required, and experience with animation, video, illustration, and/or photography is a plus. All candidates must possess a portfolio demonstrating strong mobile and desktop design work, including a solid understanding of layout, typography, and storytelling techniques, as well as a smart UX sensibility. A background in print or packaging design is not a deterrent for consideration, but some digital work must be present in a candidate’s portfolio. Candidates will be expected to be quick learners with creative ideas and have the proven ability to work collaboratively.

    The Digital Designer will primarily be responsible for supporting the overall digital design and production needs of our clients, new business activities and in-house marketing efforts. At times, the Designer will be asked to support non-digital efforts, so an openness to challenges and learning is a must.

    This role requires extensive inter-department communication and the ability to effectively communicate across teams. You will help to educate colleagues as well as clients on best practices, technical feasibility, and digital opportunities.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work across a wide range of the agency’s clients to convey interactive story ideas and complex interactions with wireframes and prototypes
    • Produce, optimize and output final web-ready digital artwork
    • Design for a variety of web related projects: microsites, landing pages, motion graphics, infographics, animated gifs, data-visualizations, emails, display ads, etc.
    • Develop the front-end of websites on the WordPress platform, using HTML and CSS to leave your creative mark on established themes and plugins
    • Create presentations that intelligently incorporate audio, video, images, animations and text to leave an impact on internal and external audiences
    • Work with internal teams to develop strategic digital recommendations that help accomplish client objectives and drive results

  • Digital Strategist (SEO)

    Rubenstein is seeking an Executive Vice President, to manage and lead a team in counseling clients on highly complicated reputation matters and crisis response, develop and implement PR programs and generate media opportunities.   • Nominations Writer

    Rubenstein is seeking a Nominations Writer to work with our Legal Public Relations practice. This person’s primary function will be to draft awards nominations on behalf of law firm clients.

    The Nominations Writer will support our clients’ participation in industry directories, surveys, awards and rankings, in various legal and industry publications, with the goal of increasing recognition for law firms, practice areas and the firm’s lawyers. The Nominations Writer will also work with clients and staff to craft award-winning submissions and manage the nominations tracking process.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Crafting written rankings and award submissions for law firm clients, including the more complex and competitive submissions needed for the full complement of AmLaw publications, Law360, other legal publications, and local, regional business journals, among others
    • Continually coordinate with researchers and update methodology, deadline and criteria information for credible ranking opportunities relevant to our law firm clients, inclusive of specific practice area(s) of focus and priority geographic markets

    Rubenstein is seeking a Vice President, Entertainment to provide strategic counsel and media relations for a variety of clients in the entertainment space, focusing on entertainment properties as well as corporate communications, specifically for television, film, web series and lifestyle.

    The VP, Entertainment will be a strategist and creative thinker with a background in television and film publicity, and experience in corporate and crisis communications for entertainment entities.
