RUBENSTEIN proudly represents the Center for Reproductive Rights, a non-profit legal organization that fights in court to protect reproductive rights, including abortion, across the U.S. and around the world.

This year, we provided strategic counsel as the Center’s landmark Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization case was litigated before the Supreme Court, developing and executing multi-channel communications plans at each stage of the court’s process. In the decision’s aftermath, RUBENSTEIN helped the Center project its message through dozens of broadcast television and radio appearances, as well as amplify its work in state-by-state legal battles to protect access to reproductive health care.
